The work ‘Serpentine’ casts a syntax into a drawing. The embossing is made out of 3 moments and 2 operations: translation and rotation. This composition of transformations draws a pattern of an oscillating movement, and is as such part of a larger sequence. From the middle of this pendulum unfurls a leak, then rendered visible into an image.
