En échelon, print on paper

Two laser beams penetrate a realm of black light, refracted by four surfaces into the perspective of a space. The virtual chalk lines meandering through the darkness draw an outline of the straight course tracked by the camera in the video work ‘En échelon’. In this depiction the framing occurs from inside the work, moulded by a pixelated substance into a vanishing point.
